Haitian Relief Effort A Big Success

Over 200 people attended the January 24 event of Music and Prayers for Haitian Relief at The Cathedral of Saint John. Pictures and more information will be available soon, but this is just a quick note to thanks all those who attended this very special event and were so generous in their giving.

A Very Special Event at the Cathedral for Haitian Relief

At 4 PM at the Cathedral of Saint John, 271 North Main Street, Providence, there will be a service of song and prayer for the people of Haiti. Several choirs from the Diocese will participate and the Rt. Rev. Geralyn Wolf, Bishop of Rhode Island will lead the prayers.

A collection will be made to support relief efforts. Please plan to attend and support this most worthy and important event.

Former Presiding Bishop, Frank Griswold Visits Cathedral

The former Presiding Bishop, The Most Reverend Frank Griswold, will celebrate the Holy Eucharist and preach at the 10:30 AM Holy Eucharist at the Cathedral of Saint John, 271 North main Street on Sunday, January 24. Areception will follow.
